The CCR is the strongest resource agency dedicated to Justice and the crusade against Homelessness and Poverty. Here at the Commission of Civil Refuge we use all of our knowledge and abilities to make good on the promises we intend to keep.

Therefore you will see an array of services from legal aid to film production. Knowledge is the Key to Success and we intend to guard our members with opportunities that will enhance and employ.

The Commission of Civil Refuge is the first community resource center in Hampton Roads that operates as a Community Resource Agency by day and an Entertainment theater by night.

Our aggressive approach is due to the lack of financial resources available to non-profit organizations that participate in the art of visual and musical production. Hampton Roads is filled with talented musicians, artists, actors, writers, directors, leaders who all dream of being the pride of their city, Hampton Roads.
